FAQ – Order Processing, Fulfillment & Tracking

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because all Scented You LLC products are made-to-order, all sales are final once an order is placed. We do not accept cancellations, changes, or refunds after an order has been submitted. Once an order enters processing, materials are allocated and production begins immediately.

 

What does “fulfilled” mean?

 

An order is marked as fulfilled once production is complete and the order has been prepared for shipment. Fulfillment indicates that your order has been completed on our end.

Why doesn’t my order have tracking yet?

 

Tracking information may be added after an order is fulfilled, once the shipping label is generated or the carrier scans the package. The absence of immediate tracking does not mean your order has not been fulfilled or shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review and make it right.

Our packaging is designed for quality and functionality. However, once a product has been used, normal wear over time may affect components such as pumps, caps, or bottles.

Because of this, we are unable to replace or reship products or packaging issues reported outside of the initial 48-hour delivery window.
