SHIPPING POLICY

At Scented You LLC, every order is handcrafted with care using premium ingredients and made-to-order products. Because our products are freshly prepared, processing times vary depending on the type of order placed.

PROCESSING TIMES

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Ready-to-ship orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days.

Preorders & Presales

Preorder and presale items require approximately 3–5 weeks for processing and shipment.

Processing timeframes for preorder items are clearly listed on product pages and are displayed during checkout before your order is submitted.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing times begin on the next business day after your order is placed.

During new product launches, restocks, promotions, holidays, and periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing timeframe associated with your purchase.

PRIORITY PROCESSING

If you need your order prepared sooner, Priority Processing may be added at checkout for an additional fee.

Priority Processing moves your order to the front of our fulfillment queue and reduces processing time.

Please note:

• Priority Processing speeds up order preparation only.
• Priority Processing does not guarantee a delivery date.
• Carrier transit times are outside of our control.
• Preorder and presale processing windows still apply unless otherwise stated.

ORDER UPDATES

We understand the excitement of waiting for your order.

To ensure we can focus on creating and fulfilling orders as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask customers to refrain from requesting order updates during the posted processing window.

Frequent order inquiries can slow down production and fulfillment for all customers.

If a delay occurs beyond the posted processing timeframe, we will provide updates as soon as information becomes available.

SHIPPING RATES

U.S. Orders: Shipping will vary depending on the inflation of prices.

International shipping rates are calculated based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow carriers time to scan and update tracking information after a shipping label has been created.

Scented You LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the package and contents.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
