RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Scented You LLC, each product is handcrafted to order with care and precision. Because our items are made fresh for every customer, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right. To qualify for a replacement, customers must:
- Email scentedyoullc@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging.
Once verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement for the affected item(s) at no additional cost.
Dispute Resolution & Communication
All concerns related to an order must be addressed directly and privately with Scented You LLC. Once a matter has been reviewed and a final determination has been provided regarding an order, no further correspondence regarding that order will be engaged.
Continued public posts, messages, or repeated contact after a final determination has been issued do not alter the outcome and may be documented for business and legal purposes.
Refusing delivery, requesting return to sender, attempting shipment interception, or threatening to return or refuse a package in order to obtain a refund does not constitute eligibility for a refund once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Please note: because all of our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, minor variations in color, texture, or scent strength are natural and do not affect product quality.
